10:00 - Event opens. Vendors and displays open to public. Get some fantastic filled cookies or a slice of pie at the Phillips Depot or find that great deal on some model railroading equipment in the Car Shop.
10:30 - Workshop: Carving and painting rock for your model railroad layout.
11:00 - Trains begin running hourly at Sanders Station - Catch a ride on a real train on the Sandy River and Rangeley Lakes Railroad! Trains run every hour on the hour. Last train runs at 3:00 p.m. Don't miss it!
12:00 - Lunch is Served! Get a fresh hot hamburger or hotdog and some beans and potato salad or other savory and sweet treats at the grill in front of the depot.
12:30 - Tour to the Vose House to see the exhibits of the Phillips Historical Society including the Railroad Room full of artifacts and photos from the SR&RL Railroad.
1:00 - Workshop: Improving your trees on your model railroad layout
2:00 - Presentation: The Heyday of the Rangeley Lake House
3:00 - Workshop: Using "Selective Compression" and "Forced Perspective" on your model Railroad layout.
